I'm not excited about either of the rolls, but they're both useful at times. I don't know if it can be farmed or not, at this point. You can only get loot from it once per character per week. I feel like Opening Shot will probably be the best perk, but the gun is good regardless of what you have. Hell, even Eye of the Storm could be useful on it.

My guess is that you will buy hawkmoon from the exotic kiosk and that will be a static roll (maybe even the first one you would get from the harbinger mission without a perk). Then that will unlock it for the weapon crafting system to do the grind to unlock perks/barrels/grips. I would be shocked if they had a random perk generator from the kiosk
