Find a dancer thrall, tame it and place it. It will reduce corruption and restore your hp. Indeed, exile. Corruption nows does this. The more you get, the worse it becomes. To solve this, either get a dancer to cleanse you or learn the spell that hides it with an illusion.

Sep 13, 2022 · Corrupted Perks are weaker than non corrupted ones and also you get a MASSIVE debuff on Health and Stamina, +5/10 corruption in VIT: not worth it. You have much less health than without corruption, passive regeneration has same efficient (maybe even weaker) and plus you have stamina debuffed too. The Chance to reflect damage is not worth the loss.
The final perks of each corrupted attribute are cool and useful when you want to kill things, but feel kinda problematic to me when trying to knock out npc's for thralls and human sacrifices. I’m pretty sure that instead of a buff, each armor item should give 10% (5 in total - 50%) corruption, not 50% for each.
