It has similar duration to shrooms as well. Compared to LSD, I'd say 4-HO-MET is much more laid-back. I'd feel reasonably comfortable taking it in a light social setting ... 4 AcoMET is a prodrug to 4 hoMET, so the effects of the two should be identical. Since it takes some time to metabolize 4 AcoMET into 4 hoMET, the effects should be slightly longer.
