fuse #38, at least on mine. I had a similar problem with mine. The stop turn signals would not work, but everything else did. I removed #6 fuse and cleaned it, and unplugged a couple of the connections near the rear bumper (small gray one and the one going into the 7 pin plug) a couple of times. Now everything is working.
